Whose Report?

So I log onto Youtube for the second day and already recorded are my previous choices and then, recommended videos to view. Automatically, my mind goes to a movie clip of the Minority Report: where Tom Cruise is walking down a hallway and there are billboard advertisements catering to what he alone likes and probably just thought about in that instant. That's weird. The scary part is reality being stranger than fiction.

I loved the music behind this theme song. The words that say  "I was afraid to look" are not so scripturally edifying, but the music is timelessly engaging.

I went to the new laundromat suggested by a neighbor. It is cheaper, some of the machines need work though.

I saw these women come in wearing clothes made for summer. I looked like an Eskimo compared to them. But then again they don't have my body temperature. I have this war going on inside of me, one part has the desire to look fashionable, feminine and pleasing to a man...and the other part just doesn't care to sacrifice limb to frostbite for a man. 

A Christian woman should not worry about the fashions of the world. How do we look presentable and approachable to a perishing world in need and yet still maintain our modesty, decency and sensibility?

Maybe we should develop our own style? After all, we are a nation all our own.

Christian women shouldn't dress so covered as to insinuate a sense of captivity from someone. Still, our style should reflect that we do have our own culture.

The new year is upon us...the day started as usual...as we were trained to see it....but do you sense that....we're on the eve of something greater ....something on the tip of our tongues...something we can only dare to fathom.....Wow!
